if i were a betting man, and since speculation is generally okay if one makes it clear that it is only speculation, i would put odds on it being the work of the Aryan Brotherhood. (the outfit that gave Wrong Paul a donation and of course the greedy old coot didn't return it, it is against his greed philosophy to ever turn down a donation)
