It was a 'Cost plus' to Battelle. Battelle could have done the same (as Prime) to Aethlon, or they could have issued a PO based on Aethlon's quote which made up the Battelle proposal. We can probably figure this out with the 10Q that covers April as that is when the revenue will hit.
