I'm just saying that it should not matter to the tick. It wouldn't matter if the minimum price is a dollar. It is just measures whether the it was an uptick or a down tick regardless of the minimum bid.

Also, I don't think it is easier to offer 1 cent versus the 6 cents in the past. In both cases we are talking about the minimum.
