That would be a wild guess. Frost, Honig, and Brauser all invest in many companies alongside one another, but that doesn't mean a buyout. Look at CDXC as a prime example in the medical field. PGLC, PPRTF are also good examples that are outside the medical field. They may tie together in various forms and fashions, but a buyout is not imminent.

July 15, 2015 appears to be an important date as all of the Notes issued by Frost and the CEO are or were moved to this date. Also a Amended Statement of Ownership just filed yesterday showing that (Frost Financial Company) LTS CEO Richard J. Rosenstock now has 7% ownership in NIMU. Looks like they may be getting this one set up for a R/M before the July 15th date. With over 40% insider ownership, this one could fly fast. Not to mention recent 52 week highs being hit. Only debt for the company are the 1.25M n notes due July 15th 2015. Grabbed some share in the .29 range to see what they have planned.
