As far as I'm concerned, any company who willingly & knowing deceives shareholders by hiding the fact they were SEC violators and failed to deliver the divvy with signed contracts based on weasel clauses they knew would never be satisfied

FFGO LIED in the WD/FFGO/NMGL agreement stating there were no known causes or regulatory issues that would interfere with the divvy

Both FFGO & NMGL knew FFGO was a current SEC violator under Section 12(J) and had failed to file one single required report since 2005

FFGO and NMGL knew FFGO was going to be revoked

FFGO and NMGL knew no divvy would ever be issued

In my opinion, the intent by FFGO, full well understanding they would be revoked and never pay any divvy, is as CRIMINAL as it can be - unfortunately for FFGO share holders, the agreements were meant to be DOA

It was the plan all along!

The divvy was built on hype, massive amounts of kool-aid and weasel clauses

All the wild rumors and crazy tall tales changes nothing

FFGO is gone forever

FFGO will never be heard from again

No fantasy divvy will ever be paid by anyone
