Well my guess is a good min would be the conversion price from the 10/29/11 press release. They are way below. Big pump coming.

Shares which have been converted into 44,926,902 Common Shares together with Warrants to purchase additional Common Shares. The total Unit purchase was $14,452,014.45 (16,057.79 per Unit or $0.322 per converted Common Share)
