REDF. Understood. I was supporting your comment its very possible to have seen edig and sandisk mentioned on an add or flyer. Sandisk flash was used on our Cquence Mobile, MXP100 and many other products. We included them in numerous Pr,s. I just didn't want people to infer from that with the discussion is sandisk happening that seeing edig on a flyer or ad gives credence to suggest or imply edig is rightfully suing sandisk over their flash products.
I have to admit I am surprised to read Handal hinting to suing sandisk over their flash products because of the inclusion of a micrcontroller. I need to go back and review that issue from round 2... Keep in mind sandisk bought our competitor msystems and they were experts in all of this use of flash memory.
But as I said in my previous post we still haven't seen confirmation edig is suing for the flash cards them self. It appeared to be a veiled threat if the posted link is the actual amended filing.
I will say if they did and were somehow successful that might turn out to be very profitable for us.
I thought apple was make or break but now I think sandisk could our sword of death.
