Who cares how they answer their phone?
Well, when you call a number it should go to the correct place and if someone on the other end answers with a different name than you're expecting, it raises flags.
And I refered you to the articles of inc oct 29th 2010? How did they pull that one off?
You can form a corporation by mail, no id, no credentials, nothing. A simple form and some money is all it takes. Anybody can use a fake name and start a corporation.
