I wonder when the company is going to announce the spinoff of the Kenyan condom factory to shareholders with Phil as CEO.

Actually, I wonder if shareholders will even get a portion of the spinoff. They might do a Don Pardo and make it a parting gift.

I also wouldn't be surprised if they decide not to do a spinoff and keep the condom factory as a subsidiary. That way, Verges gets to stick around. Officially, that is.
