Why average down a known pop and fader?

For the next pop up, why else?

Buy low sell high, right?

I am both, each stock i trade requires different trading strategies, some are short term holds, others are mid-long term holds. I use TA & fundamentals to determine my strategy with each trade. It's up to each individual to decide which strategy is best with each stock they play.IMO

Don't Marry a low float special ever

As much as i believe you should never fall in love with any stock, one could argue that statement but anyone who knows or follows me will tell you i don't really marry any stock, especially low float stocks.
