My friend is an expert in valuation of stocks etc and he said that UBRG should be valued at .54 Cents Target when the $324 Million Dollar COAL Contract with CHINA is FINALIZED and news is out + with the current $37 Million Dollar 9 month REVENUE reportedThis is huge.
