You don't have to understand it...however, I will tell you that everyone has their own entry and exit targets for every ticker they get involved with (at least they should...ask anyone here if they knew what they wanted to pay for CERP shares, and if they know where they plan to sell. I'd bet most would say yes to both questions) If you trade without an entry and exit strategy, you're making things more risky than they need to be. (trust me, I know from experience...I held longer than I should have and missed 300% profits in this ticker...not so naive anymore).

For the record, I wouldn't care if CERP was at .0002....I'd still have an entry target(actually, in my case, it's a re-entry target). This is based on what I feel the stock is worth, where I think it's heading, where I plan to sell, how much money I have to trade with, and how long I'm comfortable sitting on a stock.

In short, I don't want to pay .0205 per share when I could pay $.0185 per share and get more shares for the funds I have available.
