There is a reason why JR promised to file a Form 10....or I should say "intends"...got to leave some wiggle room while make some believe it is a promise!
Has he changed his mind or do he really never intend? Or is it easier at this point for a struggling long to just not expect one......
This whole conversation started with the dreamy pondering of a OTCQX or QB listed stock.
If that is not what you want...then ok.
If it is....Form 10. Unregistered stock is goin' nowhere.
