Doesn't really matter anyways, this opens at 0006 and drops to 0001 by end of next week. There is nothing here to support any rise in price. All of the 10k was debt related, not production related, future plans, and there surely wasn't any sentence that started out, "here is the plan for bringing BRCM back online..." At least I didn't see it hidden anywhere in-between paragraphs about how much debt they owe, how many shares were re-issued after the split, and how this is a going concern that probably won't make it past this year. U-dub is right on. The two managers have removed their share from this interest almost altogether. They are paying their personal debts and will eventually close this joint and move on to something else.
