Well I skimmed over the article and it basically looks like this guy is trying to garner attention from all the things happening around this case. Basically he is saying the pps on VRNG will dwindle as this proceeds through a possible appeal, but once again it is pure conjecture based on what he thinks will happen using the VHC case. He also goes on to state how the award will be put into some type of trust while the appeals work there way through the court system. The way I see it is that in about two weeks we will get some type of ruling from the judge and this is the most important factor right now. I am sure this SA article will have a negative effect on the pps for VRNG today, unless we get another article that contradicts this one. The fact is that there are so many differing views and so many use SA to try and make a name for themselves over this highly visible case, which leads to increased volatility. It may warrant lessening one's position temporarily, but one never knows if and when a possible deal is worked out and an announcement of a deal would send the pps much higher.
So it's up in the air right now and everyone needs to make their own decision on how they want to play this at this time. As I have always said this is not for the faint of heart, due to these type of situations that effect the daily movement of the share price.
