I guess that I'd have to do some back testing to see which particular moving average crossover combination produces the most reliable results. As is the case with any trading philosophy, there is no methodology that works 100% of the time. The trick is finding one that works a high percentage of the time.
I'm curious though, on 9-28 the 5 crossed above the 10. On
10-4, the 5 crossed back below the 10. My question to you is is a person was to follow this method to the letter, would they trade EACH crossover?
