Institutional investment firms frequently are forbidden by their charters to invest in OTC stocks. Neither are they attracted to stocks under $1-5, much less 0.01. Look up a Fidelity fund, and try to find a non-registered, non-reporting previously suspended microcap listed.

The big kids could care less about microcap stocks.

IMO, I respectfully & courteously submit that this ain't gonna happen without a market maker! The which to say means that, the first thing that has to happen, is for us to be ''uplisted'', at least back up to the OTC.PK, with our new TA, and our ''new'' MM! THEN, if not CONCURRENTLY, THEN very soon after that fact, what ever of all of the other goodies that will also need to (very soon!) come out afterwards, if not at the same time. Undoubtedly the Q4 for 2012 & the audited annuals, etc, being some of what will be the most important, the which FINANCIAL REVENUES INFO will have to accompany the appearance of the new MM on our level 1 &/or 2 screens!
