VSTA is about to find out just how unique that funding process really is when the transaction falls apart. It is not a matter of if, but when...like in about 19 days or less. Oh sure, there will be the typical delays and date extensions that typically come with all pink sheet big money transactions, but it will fall apart.
Given the history we have seen with herzog, my guess is that there will be a claim by hh that VSTA tried to cheat him in some way. But in reality, it will be VSTA just walking away when BGMO consistently fails to meet deadlines of providing money or even any proof of money. There are so many different ways that I see this could go except for one. I do not see the money being transferred and I do not see the shares being received.
Too much similar history with herzog and too many similar names.
