Thanks, I think this is good advice for all of us to look at no matter how well we do or don't, and sometimes it is more important to look at after a few good wins, when human nature makes us feel as though we can do no wrong. Slow and steady along with a couple periodic winners is by far the best, imo. Good rules for all to look over
Morn'n Wrinkles! Rule #10... Just an observation from the cheap seats. A FWIW post...
Gold, Silver and the US Dollar
There is a vast difference between paper cert.s and actual Gold & Silver coins.
Back in 1999 I began teaching a seminar on Basic Survival Principles, which includes the "fine art of bartering."
One of the 4 major categories in "barter goods" is precious metals. The price for $Silver Eagles & $Gold Eagles at that time seemed expensive, but compare the price now. The folks who listened and acted are some happy campers. :)
Rule #10 ... I suggest folks ignore the "noise" re: Gold & Silver being "out of favor" now and dig into Who is buying up the actual metals now while "Mom & Pop" folks are fearful, being scared out by "the powers that be."
