Stock shopping now should occur with the PPS being at 2. This will allow the MM to sell blocks to funds and means they'll have to get an inventory back. They could use a short position to inventory JOEZ but that's a no win position. My bet is that when they sell their load they'll buy up giving kicks upward to the PPS....
