What does the blue line represent? I guess what I'm asking is what is telling you where to draw the blue annotated lines that run horizontally on the chart?

It looks like you had drawn the first set of blue horizontal lines using the high from one day and the high from another.

I'm not sure what criteria you're using to draw the second set of blue lines.

Any explanation would be appreciated.

Damn! Wizetradr. If I had you around on Oct 24, I could have saved myself some good money from chasing GTE up there. Gee, why didn't I think of that? A simple 5 day MA is all it takes to make better entry.
