I agree. but I also would not rule out the fact the company in question was prepared for calls and such, and why oh why would they say what is being done until it is time. I mean the history of callers and e-mailers to said companies Q does business with is well established. I would be more amazed if they did not say what they did frankly.

Except this is a crock, and quite disingenuous:

Upon completion of the due diligence process the parties will enter into a definitive agreement and initiate an audit of each component companies. The final agreement will include new appointments to the board and officers of the parent company as well as a name change.

We will continue to update our shareholders and the investment community as events unfold.

What happened to honesty????

I was told that there was some talks about financing a while back. He basicly said that as far as he knew eveyone had walked away and the deal is basicly on hold. He was also upset that his Company was shown as part of the new website, Holdingsaviation.com

I am losing faith in "executives" who carry titles, nice salaries (of course), yet cannot keep their public trust with simple honesty, and updates. An intentional omission imo, and completely self-serving. They had better have the documents to support the supposed "LOI" because this will become a criminal case of fraud otherwise. The SEC is eating companies alive on a weekly basis for fraud. One call is all it takes too.
