Okay: I calendared May 7 for me to check for any more filings in the case. The court's electronic case filing (ECF) system allows filings online up to midnight.

May 6, is the end of 60 days to consummate the settlement. I was getting upset thinking a material event occurred and was left in the dark! But technically it will not occur until it is signed. probably reason for the late filing.

I will try not to be late on the final final posting.
