Of course I read that! LOL, apparently you've never filed a lawsuit.

90% or better of all civil cases are settled before discovery. That's the whole purpose of the settlement conferences... to settle cases outside court. Judges strongly encourage this!

At a settlement conference the Judge reads all the complaints from both sides and gives an indication of how he will rule. This usually gives one or both parties motivation to settle sooner than later.

Both these documents were filed on the same date 1/31/13 as pages 66 and 67 here...

Odds are this will settle before 6/28/13 if they have not already settled... this brings me back to my original question!

What are the chances this has settled and we've yet to hear about it???
