I agree...I think that is one of the most difficult aspects of the penny's. People want it now....a fast flip and cash in their pocket. America has become a country of instant gratification in many ways. Many people have lost that it takes time to build something huge. We all want it now. This is so much more than that. This is a good thing in the making and to be able to get in on the ground floor is pretty awesome for me. :)
