I know it sounds weird but you guys are both right.

CCRY is the public shell and so legally on paper CCRY acquires or "purchases" the private company. But the only real company is the one being bought, which is Airtrona. That's the reason the promissory note is signed for the old assets. That's where the term "Reverse Merger" comes from.
