It's very clear. CCRY bought Airtrona International and somethin somethin somethin Canada Inc. for a combined total of 300,000,000 common shares. Both of those entities ceased to exist at the closing of the merger and the surviving company is to be Airtrona Inc.
IF management follows through with the ticker change CCRY dies for good and becomes Airtrona Inc. with a new symbol(as soon as is practicable). I'm very surprised no one has pumped the accompanying CUSIP change that should squeeze shorts and help the PPS take off. Correct me if I'm wrong on this?
BUT, CCRY is a non-reporting company at this time and would be better off maintaining that status if a. they are diluting bigtime or b. they want to conceal the old debt they brought from CCRY.
This will pop again, just a matter of days IMO.
