Wrong assumption. Ever since a Canadian penny trader (who prolifically has posted on IHUB) brought this stock to my attention some months back, I have been following it. All factors considered, IMHO, this security is far to risky for anyone investing through the U.S. markets, to consider. ( If one is strictly a gambler and likes the thrill of crap shoots, well, perhaps this would not apply then ). Besides the currency risks involved, how carefully regulated are the Russian markets? If you like to speculate in exotic foreign investments, then may I suggest you consider an ETF trading on the Big Board, and not penny stocks from Russia, or one step out of the grave financially strapped U.S. companies trying to deal with the red tape from highly corrupt Bulgarian bureaucrats.
