Not true...ARCA is showing without a doubt that they are selling a huge amount of shares. You better hope it's GG shares, if not it's someone with a buttload of shares and that's not good.
I don't think the roll out is off/on the table it was never either. I do know this hype won't last another 2.5 weeks.
What happens if the 16th rolls by and GZFX doesn't come out with a PR the next day saying a national rollout is coming? Many people will be waiting for confirmation.....I know I am. Pilot program is just that if GZFX doesn't get the nationwide coverage who cares....back to the subpennies again.
