"Thompson doesn't think the term "startup" applies to Kraig Biocraft because it has been in operation so long"
EXACTLY what I have been saying..apparently kim has agreed with me for quite a while now...even tho no one else did...lol
"We believe that the ultimate way to capture value for our shareholders is for this company to merge with an industrial giant that services the market for technical textiles," Thompson said.
He said he is in discussions with a foreign company about such a merger but declined to discuss further details because of a nondisclosure agreement, other than to say no announcement is imminent."
hmmmm...so why have I been hearing kim wants to do it all himself and has no interest in selling out?..
it appears kim is keeping this a one man band operation until he sells...and that is ridiculous..unless he intends to sell as soon as someone offers him a good enough price...and I assure you it isn't 50 bucks a share or ten years down the road...and I seriously doubt it has to be an industry "giant"...it just has to be the right price, right now..
I keep hearing that the product is something that will change the world...everyone will want it...everyone will buy it..it will be worth many billions of dollars...the next aapl even...
but kim is willing to sell and is actively engaged in trying to sell the company, without having sold a dimes worth of product...toss in the fact that kim is feverishly trying to sell the company to the stock market via a typical pink sheet pr barage that is fueling a whole lot of speculation without any real substance and you end up with..............?
very interesting indeed....
