presently involved with IRCE. It would appear he just bought it on the cheap in hopes of selling the pipeline to make a quick buck. But now that it turns out the pipeline truly is worthless, it looks like he's just going to leave IRCE hanging, happy to sell any shares he can to traders looking for a quick flip.

As for Gandy, he's still peddling the same old garbage...
