I think Circuit City would acquire GameZnFlix before Netflix even makes a bid.

Console gaming is big for Circuit City (which no longer sells appliances anymore) along with consumer electronics.

JF doesn't want GZFX bought out by anyone - he said he has worked too hard to have someone else buy them up.

Plus, it really doesn't make sense for NFLX to buy GZFX - if they wanted to go into the gaming rental side of things they would purchase Gamefly or some smaller Game rental company.

None...they don't need them and acquiring them would not make sense. GZFX has no assets that Netflix doesn't have or can't create cheaper than through acquisition.
