Look at precedent. Before the huge run-up and NAK JV in 2010, there was significant dilution. Why? Certainly NAK had been on the table well in advance wouldn't you think...

ZTEM and an upcoming drill program at Hay Mountain has also brought the Hyena Circus to town--they know positive results will bring fresh meat to the table in place of the scraps they are fighting over now--LOL's for everyone :-)
