Seems to be working better now. Took 7 mins. in for the PREM to get above -2, as the futures waited for the SPX cash to catch up. Futures on the open dropped to touch 876.00, bounced to 877.50 in the first minute, and then dropped under 875.00 by 9:32. TICK only got into the -600's, and just at 9:43 got over 0.
