yes 300 million and they will make toxic financing probably with westcor who will sell those shares thereby diluting the company and the company will than increase the a/s and Bo will come out and defend the company doing this so they can fund this or fund that as shareholder money is going down the drain, PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW THE FACTS AND MAKE THEIR OWN DECISION, i know that if I say what is really happening people will still throw their money away on a lottery ticket
