DB just like in Dean days same thing now. Joe tells people what they want to hear. People post now for 2 years how great things will be. Yet facts contradict that now for years. Stock once again so far down and heading to triple zeros again. Merger is never going to happen. Why becuase no business reason for a 20 million company to take on this mess that loses money. Like with Dean how Newby was going to get 350 million in funding. For a company back then and even now with nothing to qualify for it. Same now with merger again all bs. Stock price reflects that. This company still losses money and only thing they sell to keep doors open are still shares. At least over last 2 years we would think Joe produce a flight school growing and making money but he has failed. Its been since 2009 all about prefers. Common mean nothing with them in control. Why like they did with 1 for 1000 r/s they can reduce o/s common same way again anytime they want. Common cannot stop them. So they can continue to sell new shares to anyone stupid enough to buy more as it never hurts them.
