Shorters trying hard to keep the price low, while covering. The short volume is fake. To me, EPAZ is a screeming Buy!

In this case it's a buy signal. With news dropping yesterday and the shorts scared at covering at a higher price (because the stock is Bullish), they cover their position.

If the stock was at a much higher PPS after a big run and the stock's strength was maxed out(say EPAZ ran to .01 in 2 days w/o news) and you saw this kind of short volume you would want to sell.
