I personally don't care who people marry or take up with as long as no one gets abused but the CA vote was legal and if the Supremes or the Govs want to change the way laws are passed or the actual law that is another matter. My choice would be to do away with at least 50% of current laws and really enforce the 50% that are left and for sure keep Gov out of everyone's personal life.

Actually it was black and Hispanic voters that voted in favor of prop 8 in CA.
