Van Eck has over 40 million common GBGLF shares as of March 13th, 2013

I do not think they have disposed of 10 million GBGLF shares at a penny in the past two weeks?

As of 4/5/13, VE holds 10,026,053 shares of GBGLF in the GDX and holds 16,906,841 shares in the GDXJ. So, 360,800 shares were distributed on 4/4/13 and 26,932,894 remain to be liquidated.
