It looks like Miami and Healiuh are suburbs and if you search the same address for both cities, you get the same map location result. And I dont think it is uncommon for multiple companies to be in the same office suite. The suite is just over 2,000 sq ft so I dont think they are doing any production here if thats split with 3-4 other companies
