does he need to answer you? i would not think so. if you care to find out from him when you had the opportunity, you will realise that he is very busy working on the U.S. franchise contracts, and secondly he is not a stock/equity man, he will politely tell you to speak with James Cairn the president in Canada who knows and seems to deal with the stcok/investor relations side of things.
i know because i asked him a lot of questions which he answered except for the ones related to investor relations and stocks questions which i am very pleased with. hope that clears the air.
