EDIT Is he an assistant for Matt beyond the Jailhouse board? I've been away for quite some time ... was there some kind of public announcement stating his responsibilities and authority? Just trying the get a handle on the ground rules.
EDIT: I just did a public message search on the word "Rager" and couldn't find such a statement.
