Remember the Ojo videophone ? Pervasip announced half a dozen of partners to help it peddle the gizmo.
People on this board announced that PVSP was headed for a conservative $15M annual revenues with their first partner alone.
Guess what, revenues went nowhere, PVSP and its fans spent a full year talking up the upcoming Home Shopping Network sale that never happened, and then the Ojo maker closed its doors for good.
The Android app has been very similar. Peoples <on this board have spend thousands of posts extolling how big the download count was, how many stars the app received, and it was all for nothing.
Peoples went wild about the promised Yahoo advertising, untill the company told them they would try targeted Facebook advertising in the Arabic market. Peoples also claimed that the Pay-as-you-Go system would quadruple sales.

But revenues failed to grow. It is as if there were no sales at all.
Now the CEO is claiming metrics like 15 payments every day, 1000 VOIP calls a day, which means a whole bunch of nothing.
All the hopes on this channel are now on the IOS app. Fans have mostly given up the Android app as a lost cause, just as for the mobile wallet and the whole South African thingie.
Oh, and the calling card didn't launch either.
