Actually I'm into making money in the markets and Stockman saying I should put everything in a mayonnaise jar won't make me a dime.

The bond market for starts is a much better flight to safety than cash. At least it pays interest. Follow any Pimco fund.

I was lucky enough to have seen our screwup coming and got out of the market at the end of 2007 and moved to bonds.

Wealth effect also equals capital preservation.

When the dust settled I bottom fished with stocks like C and F.

It doesn't take a genius to make money in the markets. And Stockman is no genius.
