I'm telling ya >> Val has done a very good job wording his PRs. And he also attaches right there at the bottom of those PR's that everything printed is forward looking. The SEC or courts will eat you up, so if you want to lose even more then go for it!!
I have looked into this matter before when thinking about buying a shell. Penny CEOs and insiders follow the rules of the scammy market and they skate free with everyones cash. Everyone here knows this was a huge gamble and if you really believed in this to good to be true story than shame on you IMO.
