olico what do you think of the service? What movies have you rented?
Search function is horrible. Type "sin" for sin city, or "sincity". I know sin city is an easy option but, try doing it for a more difficult movie name.
Still try right clicking on search on the home page and see what happens. Still lots of glitches going on.
I like the recommendation system Netflix has compared to GamesNFlix but everything else is ok. For example if I rented a particular movie...NFLX was always pretty good with the...well..if you rented this you may enjoy these too...and it was very good that way. GZFX...when I rent something and it gives me related movies...well...it's pretty comical. I like the current site well enough if it can handle all these new customers. To me service is more important than the web-site right now. Getting the movies/games to these people in a timely fashion. Distribution centers and inventory to handle the business. So get the infrastructure set up. Then I agree with you...the website design is more important than even advertising.
