Absolute.Nobody can claim that Sym's could not,did not know.this is the company's way of finally closing it's doors.

Dick took one for the team in the press,and all will walk away happy.No audit proves Sym's sold in 2009 of august.

This the 2nd of a series of PR's to closure and I wouldn't doubt for a second that Sym is not in on it.

1st: Audit can't get done.
2nd: They announce management changes because of fraud.
3rd: Sym announces he can no longer operate STS
4th: Sym down to EVRM and then announces they have to liquidate
5th: Sym then meets up with DICK to get his share of the money they scammed.

IF there is no formal outside investigation then there is something seriously wrong.
