I think they were referring to "on line" rentals. the last time I checked Blockbuster does not do game rentals on line... only in stores. (BBI only does on line DVD rentals) We are very unique in offering DVDs and games "on line". I had BBI on line services.... they stank! LOL My first order of 3 DVDs came in... 2 were cracked, the 3rd was scratched so bad I could not play the DVD. Over a 4 month period my over all satisfaction was not good. So many DVDs were scratched so bad that the playback was horrible. I expect DVDs to come cracked every now and then due to shipping reasons BUT sending scratched up DVDs is another story. (Just my story on BBI on line services.
