Contracts are there and have been for many years. The fact, its easier to sell shares of discounted stock to investment groups to dump into the free float than actually doing the work.
Plus it's a cool web site with Sir Branson , Brad Pitt, and hotty Queen Norr. How they allow the use of their names is beyond me?
