WRONG, IMO,... maybe not directly

They implemented the equipment for RFID and at times affixed rfid tags.

What that means is Corporate Retail Big Box will only demand that everything have an RFID tag affixed at the "item" level.
Suppliers/manufacturers will need to comply,... or your out.

Gee, i know of a factory a and b that churns out such RFID tags.
